Digital Product Intern

Help the team design, test, and refine digital products — from user research to feature releases.

What you'll do

  • Support user research and competitor analysis
  • Write user stories, user flows, and feature documentation (lightweight PRDs)
  • Gather and summarize user feedback to help prioritize features
  • Test features (QA) before release and log feedback
  • Coordinate with the design and engineering team

Requirements

  • Minimum education: vocational high school (SMK) or equivalent
  • Interested in digital products, apps, and AI
  • Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and communicative
  • Familiarity with Figma / Notion is a plus

Digital Marketing Intern
